Ergonomics

Ergonomics involves a wide range of concerns including the physical design of a workspace, the workplace environment, use of tools, computers and much more. An ergonomic hazard is one that can harm the musculoskeletal system. This often happens through repetitive movement, manual handling, workplace/job/task design, uncomfortable workstation height and poor body positioning.
