Welcome to the WCB's Online Services. Before you proceed, please make sure you have the following documents on hand.

If you are a worker:

• Your WCB Claim Number
• Online Access Code

Your WCB Claim Number and Online Access Code are included in the letter you receive from the WCB when you’ve filed a claim.

If you are an employer:

• Your WCB Account Statement
• Your Notice of Assessment
• The details of your last payment made to the WCB

If you are a health care provider:

• Two separate cheques received from WCB

Upon registration, you will be assigned a User Administration role. As the User Administrator, you are responsible for creating and maintaining user profiles for additional staff that will require access to the Online Services.

Note: If you're already registered for WCB Online Services, please contact your user administrator to have your user profile created.
