Workers Compensation Board of Prince Edward Island

Policy Consultation

The WCB is committed to working with you, our stakeholders, to develop policies that are consistent with the compensation and workplace safety legislation.

All of our policies are monitored on a regular basis to ensure they are relevant to today's workplaces.

An important part of the policy development process is stakeholder consultation -- we want you to have an opportunity to provide feedback on the policies that affect you.

There are several ways you can be involved in WCB policy development:
  • Stay informed about WCB policies by signing up for our email WCB News & Policy Subscription Service
  • Review draft policies and provide feedback before they are approved.
  • Provide suggestions on how we can improve our policies at any time, either online or in writing to:

    Workers Compensation Board
PO Box 757, 14 Weymouth Street
    Charlottetown, PE C1A 7L7
    Fax: 902-368-5696
    Email: policyupdates@wcb.pe.ca

While WCB policies are available in English only, we welcome feedback in both French and English. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in their language of choice.

Bien que les politiques de la CAT soient seulement disponibles en anglais, tout commentaire peut être soumis en français ou en anglais. Nous invitons les intervenants à faire appel à la langue de leur choix.
