Online courses

Expand your workplace health and safety knowledge with our free, self-paced, online courses. Most courses take approximately one to two hours to complete, and you will receive a certificate upon successful completion.

Young workers

As an employer, you have a legal responsibility to protect all your workers, regardless of their age or experience. Providing young workers with the right training, supervision, and support helps them build safe work habits from day one. Learn more about how you can best support young workers.

Conference and events

Each year, the WCB hosts its Workplace Health and Safety Conference. This event brings participants together to learn about hazards, prevention strategies, and best practices through presentations, training sessions, and more.

Consulting services

The WCB Prevention Services team includes a Youth Education Consultant and two Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Education Consultants. Their work focuses on providing workplace health and safety education, resources, and guidance to employers, workers, and students across Prince Edward Island. Explore the different ways they can be your partners in learning.

Awareness campaigns

Safety awareness campaigns help educate workers, employers and the public about specific workplace hazards, safe work practices, and the importance of creating a culture of workplace safety in PEI. Learn more about the WCB's recent awareness campaigns.
