The WCB’s Online Services is a convenient and secure way for workers, employers, and health care providers to access our services at any time.
All Island employers are encouraged to take advantage of this easy-to-use service.
Employers registered with Online Services can:
- Pay your annual, semi-annual, or monthly WCB assessments online
- Renew your annual employer registration
- Submit payroll revisions
- Maintain your account information
- View your assessment rate and how it was calculated
- View your experience rating
- View payroll history
- View all financial transactions in your account
- View Cost of Claims report
- Enroll in the Monthly Assessment Payment Option (MAPO) Program
- File MAPO remittance forms and submit payments online
- Sign up for or modify Pre-Authorized Debit
- Submit an Employer’s Report (Form 7) online
- Access claim reports
Employers can access the following services through Online Services without registering for an account:
- Request a Clearance Letter — generate a clearance letter for a company.
- Employer Registration Form — register as a new employer with the WCB.
- Firm Number Lookup — look up the WCB Firm Number for your company.

If you have difficulty signing in, please contact your Online Services user administrator to make sure you are using the correct username and password or to have your password reset.

Register for Online Services
To register for Online Services, you will need to have the following documents on hand:
- Your WCB Account Statement
- Your Notice of Assessment
- The details of your last payment made to the WCB
If you have the required documents, register for our Online Services for Employers.
Upon registration, you will be assigned a User Administration role. As the User Administrator, you are responsible for creating and maintaining user profiles for additional staff that will require access to the Online Services.

Technical Requirements
- Recommended screen resolution of 1024 by 768.
- Most recent versions of both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Portable Document Format (PDF) reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
