Your Online Services Account - Health Care Providers

The WCB’s Online Services is a convenient and secure way for workers, employers, and health care providers to access our services at any time.

Using Online Services, health care providers can:

• Submit Chiropractor Reports
• Submit Physiotherapist Reports
• Submit Physician Reports (Form 8)
• Submit a worker’s functional scan report
• Submit a worker’s multi/interdisciplinary program report
• View electronic copies of medical aid vouchers
• Apply for, or make changes to, direct deposit payment information
• Submit invoices
• View electronic copies of medical aid vouchers
• Update mailing and contact information
• Maintain your company’s WCB Online Services account (User Administrators only)

All Island health care providers are encouraged to take advantage of this easy-to-use service.

If you have difficulty signing in, please contact your Online Services user administrator to make sure you are using the correct username and password, or to have your password reset.

Register for Online Services

To register for Online Services, you will need to have the following documents on hand: 

• Two separate cheques received from WCB

If you have the required documents, register for our Online Services for Health Care Providers.

Upon registration, you will be assigned a User Administration role. As the User Administrator, you are responsible for creating and maintaining user profiles for additional staff that will require access to the Online Services.

Note: If your company is already registered for WCB Online Services, please contact your user administrator to have your user profile created.
