Stakeholder Surveys

The WCB recognizes that in order to serve workers and employers effectively, we must understand their priorities. One way we do so is through our regular Stakeholder Surveys.

Every two years, we reach out to injured workers and employers through our client surveys to get feedback on how we can improve our services. For the results of our most recent surveys, please click on the links below.
